(Childhood)

Early on Matt realized that he wanted to wrestle. Every body told him he would never make it because his size and coming from a poor single mother household, but he would not give up. First starting out watching at an early age not only on TV, but at the local gym. He started himself at the age of 10. It was during his tenure in high school that he first saw the joy he felt out of not only wrestling but in winning. He got his first taste of gold winning the state wrestling championship and the all American athletic award his first year in the sport. It was then he decided to pursue a career in professional wrestling.

(Early Career)

Moore's first exposure in federation wrestling was as a backyard wrestler competing for Backyard Championship Wrestling (BCW) under his ring name Dave Batista. There he was the breakout star and won the company's heavyweight championship. After only 2 months in the company and already having beaten the best they had to offer Matt decided to join the Texas Wrestling Academy and train under the legendary name's of the industry in order to achieve his ultimate goal of becoming the best pro wrestler and sexiest man in the world.

(Personal Life)

Moore also having the background in MMA that he does, starting out when he was only 6 training at Xtreme Couture Gym, and becoming a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Jiu Jitzu and Kick Boxing. It was only fitting that he pursue a career, with the art of hurting people in mind, in fighting - no matter what kind.

Moore is also a vegan, refraining from eating meat of any type and any animal byproduct because he feels that he is above that, and anybody who eats meat, and that if he does he is lowering himself to there level putting those substances into his body.

(XFWA Debut)

Matt Moore recently signed to XFWA with the goal of finally proving all the people who told him he would never make it, that he is actually the real deal and can shine with the lights on bright and eventually going on to hold one of the company's most prestigious titles.
